DUE TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ORDERS UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT
- If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 4 days of the date when the parcel was received.
- Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received if the order has a manufacturer defect and qualifies for this. Client must provide evidence in the form of photos and detailed description.
- Once the evidence is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.
We accept most major debit/credit cards. If your card is not going through, make sure all of your information is correct.
For international orders, it may be necessary to call your bank.
An order can only be canceled within 24 hrs of placing the order.
If your order has shipped before the 24 hr window, the order is no longer applicable for cancellation, instead you may apply for a return if your order applies. Please see the return/exchange policy
